My spacious upper villa is accessed via a private entrance with 19 internal stairs. The property is flooded with natural light. A spacious double bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV with access to Sky/Netflix, a seating area to relax and have a drink and take in the view of Edinburgh and the Pentland Hills beyond. There is also a separate study with tea/coffee facilities, Wi-Fi, printer/scanner and a selection of books, a perfect quiet space to relax or work. A bathroom solely for your use is located along the hall (bath robes included).please note that on entering my home I would ask you to remove your outdoor shoes, thank you.

I’m a people person who likes to keep active not take life too seriously and have fun. Happiest when playing golf or on the padel court.

A quiet neighbourhood close to Murrayfield Stadium and Corstorphine Hill. A perfect base to explore the vibrant beautiful City of Edinburgh. The Airlink 100 bus and tram stops are a 10/15 min walk away. West End/City Centre an easy 35min walk away. Water of Leith walkway is 10mins away, great for a leisurely stroll to Stockbridge a lively neighbourhood with great cafes, restaurants and bars.
