A friendly village with lots to offer - an award winning pub offering restaurant dining, bar area, beer garden and takeaways. A café behind the post office with freshly baked cakes, scones and lunches. The local farm shop Heath Farm is a ten minute walk, supplying home-reared meats, local cheeses, fruit & veg, as well as wines, crisps and nibbles and locally made pizzas. The village has it’s own tennis club, boules green and children’s play area. With the Peddars Way running through Great Massingham and a stunning stretch of Heathland with cattle, horses, goats and sheep it really appeals to walkers. Norfolk is renowned for its beautiful coastline and gastro pubs, within a 20 minute drive away. Parking on the roadside, dropped pavement, parking is acceptable between the black railings of the property only - please do not block any driveways and please do not park on the pavement itself. Walk to the pub, village cafe, village store and post office and local farm shop - everything you require for a relaxing weekend can be found within a few minutes walk.
