Inside, you’ll find one inviting bedroom with a comfortable bed, an open-plan living area with a plush sofa bed, and a modern bathroom. The well-equipped kitchenette makes mealtimes easy, complete with a dining table for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. Both the bedroom and living space have TVs for your entertainment. Outside, the lush garden is perfect for unwinding, featuring outdoor furniture, pretty plants, and a luxurious hot tub. With on-site parking for two cars and a peaceful setting, this retreat blends comfort, charm, and convenience.

The barn is in the quiet village of Downton, right on the edge of the New Forest and just a short drive to the seaside town of Lymington. I love how this area combines the charm of the countryside with the beauty of the coast. Lymington has a bustling quay, Georgian streets, and a brilliant Saturday market, while the New Forest offers ancient woodland, walking and cycling trails, and free-roaming ponies. You can also visit Milford-on-Sea or Keyhaven for stunning beaches and coastal walks, or explore the history of Hurst Castle. There are plenty of cosy pubs, welcoming cafés, and little shops nearby to enjoy.
