The Eaves is a second floor apartment in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is limited roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and the beach is across the road. The Eaves is a fantastic beachfront apartment with stunning views for a family or group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday. Note: No children under 14 years old. There is a residents parking scheme in operation, allowing two hours free parking and is free from 4pm to 10am. There is also free parking along the nearby esplanade which would require a 5-10 minute walk back to the property once parked. Note: This property does not accept guests under the age of 14.

Neighbourhood information

Sandgate is a coastal village sandwiched between the towns of Folkestone and Hythe. In the 1970s the castle was bought, restored, and made into a private residence and is now a Grade l listed building. Quaint shops, tea rooms and a micro pub make the high street an ideal place to wander and browse while on a relaxing holiday, or for those looking for something more energetic, there are a variety of watersports to enjoy. What could be better than a day on the beach with a picnic while watching the ever changing seascape, relaxing with a good book in the warmth of the sun or beachcombing along the shoreline in search of hidden treasure!
