Newly decorated. Quiet, rural and peaceful studio flat. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 4 (primary aged and under) children (at a push). Toddler bed, futon and travel cot can all be added. Super fast broadband/wifi. Farm fresh eggs available on request for you to cook. Loads of parking.

We love meeting new guests.

Hamlet with smallholdings and farms. Less than 10 minutes from Chichester, Witterings Blue Flag beach, Chichester Harbour, Goodwood, South Downs Way. Beautiful for walking, cycling, beach days, surfing, sailing and some great places to eat too - takeaway fish and chips (bracklesham), Thyme and Chillies (Indian), Dom Italian (bracklesham), a great pub (Lamb Birdham on Witterings Road)...
