I offer my lovely master bedroom with very comfortable king bed in my home, which is ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. I have tried to create a modern BNB feel to the room with calm and cosy decor. Situated in a Cul de sac, I’m in a quiet residential area, with close on street parking. The room is equipped with mini fridge, TV, WiFi, tea/coffee/kettle/mugs etc, wardrobe and storage, desk and chair as well as toiletries and little extras to make your stay comfortable. Location is ideal for East Midlands Airport, Donington Park, Sutton Bonington College, East Midlands Parkway, Amazon and is at the gateway to the Peak District. Close to buses going to the Airport and The Parkway, Nottingham and Derby.
Whilst I live on a quiet Cul Du Sac, my home is on East Midlands flight path so you will get plane noise. This doesn’t bother most guests, but may interrupt light sleepers. Ear plugs are provided.
