We have a three floor property boosting 5 rooms all fitted with running waterand complimentary tea and filter coffee. We also offer our guests a free tea or filter coffee when purchasing food to sit-in Lwr Ormeau cafe situated below the accomodation. Strong free WIFI throughout the property also.
we are situated in the bustling lower Ormeau road area, close to local bars and shops and only ten minutes walk to the city centre. The area has a great famous belfast park and walking distance to Queens University Belfast. Our inhouse cafe offers great food at excellent prices.
