Property information
This Rural Retreat was built in 1890's and offers space and complete privacy for those wishing to rest, switch off and recuperate. Hidden up uneven and bumpy bridle lane, on top of Carnmarth Hill the cottage is surrounded by farmland and offers panoramic views of the countryside. This sympathetically modernized cottage features a wood burner in the living room, starter pack of logs provided on arrival, its advisable to have own log and coal supply for warn and cozy stay, upstairs bedroom with far reaching views and exposed beams, a modern kitchen and shower room. The cottage is detached and on its own acre of garden. Remote location and positioning of the property can cause weak water pressure and slow WiFi connection.
Access to our cottage is via a scenic walking path, creating a peaceful retreat. Guests can park at the lane entrance and walk to the cottage, or park in St Day. Please be aware that driving up the bridal path is undertaken at your own risk, as there are no signs indicating potential hazard
