Staying in this Queen’s Gate apartment will make walking to many London landmarks quick and easy. But London’s a big place, so if you’re planning to venture further afield, you can catch tube trains from Gloucester Rd (8 mins walk from the apartment) and South Kensington (10 mins). Both stations are served by trains that will link you to all areas of the capital, and perhaps best of all, the District Line trains that stop at both stations don’t actually go underground, they run on rails above ground.
Buses offer another transport option, as do taxis and Ubers, and you can always make use of the London Bike Hire Scheme, if you’re feeling particularly energetic!
