Hyecliffe House is a spacious detached three-bedroom home, overlooking the peaceful Saltwick Bay, including all round views of the Esk Valley and the world-famous Whitby Abbey.
The property has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard and comprises three bedrooms – one kingsize room with ensuite bathroom, one double room and one twin room. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a fully equipped separate main bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
The ground floor has a fully equipped modernised kitchen, lounge area, six person dining room and a porch to the front of the property to store bikes, prams etc.
Outside are gardens to the front and side, a fully paved patio area at the rear. There is parking for 2 average sized cars on the drive.
Hyecliffe house is a privately owned property located within the Whitby Holiday Park, where additional facilities are available such as a bistro, small shop (but check opening times), there is also a unsupervised playground for the children.
The property is located on the Cleveland way, a long distance path along the coast, following the exhilarating cliff top path left will take you to Whitby Abbey in about 20 minutes. If however you feel more energetic and turn right you can follow the Cleveland way to the picturesque village of Robin Hoods Bay which is approx. 5 miles.
Finally the Saltwick Bay beach is only 500 yards away from the front door of the property and is mecca for fossil hunters and beach combers. Alternatively you may just want to relax on the red sandy beach in the warmer months.
