The house is located a few minutes walk from Brockenhurst village centre. Forest ponies and donkeys visit the green outside the property most days. There is parking for two vehicles on thee drive in front of the house. For guests traveling by train, the station is a short walk away. The annex next to the house, is also a holiday let, guests there have access to a garden patio area, the main garden is for sole use of main house guests.
