It’s a 3 bed house . The guest room is just on the first floor with a view of the garden. There is a free private parking on site. The family bathroom is reserved for guest only as we have an ensuite. There’s a bathtub along with shower.
Please NO cooking allowed in the kitchen, however, microwave, kettle and toaster can be used.
Alcohol and cigarette smoking including any form of e-cigarettes or vaping is strictly prohibited within and around the premises. If you had a smoke or alcohol while out in the neighbourhood or elsewhere, kindly give plenty of time to ensure substance wears off you completely.
Also drop keys off before check out please.
