Colemans Retreat is a unique and spacious cottage in a peaceful location offering all modern amenities.
There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suites and a fourth bedroom with either twin beds or double.
1 acre of garden with tranquil views with outside dining area for 8 and comfortable seating.
BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room and WC.
The property is only accessible via electric gates.
Cowes & Newport are 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes.
Please note that the property can offer cheap ferry tickets upon request.
The Cottage is located in a quiet country lane with very few vehicles passing.
There is a local pub "The Sportsman's Rest" 15 minute walk or 2 minutes by car which offer food and drink.
The Blacksmiths pub is only 5 minutes drive and offers fine dining and outside play area for children.
Newtown Creek is only 5 minutes by car offering some lovely walks.
Morrisons, Sainsburys & Asda supermarkets are located in Newport which are about 10 minutes away by car.
Cowes is about 10 minutes drive through the lanes and Yarmouth is about 15 minutes. Both offer excellent pubs and restaurants by the sea.
