Company information
North Wales Holiday Cottages is a holiday letting agency based in Deganwy, Conwy where we have been for over 50 years. Established in 1966, we are Wales' oldest independent holiday letting agency, so we are a name you can trust. We visit all of our properties to make sure standards are maintained and to familiarise ourselves with the houses so we can answer any questions you may have. Visit Wales, an independent government body, also inspects the properties and awards them a quality star grading. Each year we help thousands of people find somewhere to stay in North Wales and we'd love to find somewhere for you too.
Property information
In the fabulous Nant Ffrancon Valley, surrounded by countryside and beautiful mountain views you will find Ceunant Bach. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the fabulous view or snuggle up inside, in front of the log burner with a nice glass of wine. Ceunant Bach was originally a small shepherd’s retreat, it has been lovingly and compassionately converted into what you see before you today: this fantastic couples getaway, with a bedroom, filled with a kingsize bed. There is a large lounge/diner with cosy log-burner fire, a pretty and well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful shower room. The outside space is perhaps even more impressive. Firstly, there is parking with enough space for two cars, then there is a cottage garden with garden furniture and to the rear of the house you will find a small, private patio area complete with private hot tub and lawned space, which allows you to take in the absolutely majesty of the surrounding mountains in style. There are bird boxes, feeders and the occasional red squirrel - recently reintroduced in the nearby forest on the outskirts of Bethesda - all of which add to the calm and serenity of the surroundings. Facilities include a hot tub, high speed internet access via WiFi, smart TV, washing machine, microwave, under counter fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, log burner and secure bike storage. Bed linen is provided but guests are required to bring their own towels. Please note one basket of logs will be supplied which should last for approx. 2 nights. Thereafter, and kindling thereafter can be purchased at a local garage.
