The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming villa for rent in Monticello, with a swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It has a surface area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 110 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 110 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided) opening onto a terrace with sea view - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet On the 1st floor - Bedroom 1: two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) and a balcony with sea view - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bedroom 3: two single beds and a balcony with sea view - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet On the second floor - Bedroom 4: master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower, separate en-suite toilet and terrace with sea view For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.
