FAMILY FLAT of 40Msq on ground floor ( No stairs to climb with luggages !) Really done, equiped and amenaged for guests rentals only ... About two minuts walk to EIFFEL TOWER and two blocks from RUE CLER ,the Parisian market street... The Flat consists of : _1 Bed Room with a Large Double bed for 2 persons and a bathroom attached en suit _1 Living Room with a comfy pullout Sofabed for 2 persns Free maid services (for more than 3 days stay !),fresh linen and towels (up to number of persons reserved) are provided and included on the rate during all your stay! Clean and quiet in a very safe area...All is included on the rate : free unlimited internet access and WIFI connexion,laundry washer machine,equiped kitchen with refrigerator,micro-waves,coffee-maker,hair dryer,ect.. Equiped with 1 Double bed + 1 comfortable pull out Sofa bed... Apartment strictly Non smoking !... Driving to Paris and wanted to park your car ? No problem ,a secure public parking is near by and about 1 minut walk from the Flat...
