Charming small T2 of 26m2 (semi-buried ) located near the city center, surrounded by 3 stations 10-15 min by car (RER C and D), allowing to reach Paris directly. Ideal for your holidays or business trips, its location enjoying all amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants). 20 minutes from Orly Airport and the Rungis International Market by car. Autonomous arrival and departure by secure key box. Free WiFi, Netflix and parking (public parking on the street). Possibility to enjoy the garden with its large terrace. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION/ NO PARTIES. A small welcome tray is offered (tea, coffee, chocolate, cupcakes, water, etc.) Also, at your disposal free, house linens (sheets, duvets, pillows, towels), shower gel
