In a building that is REALLY "in its original state", everything had to be rethought, reinvented, to create new spaces. Then, it took a lot of elbow grease, aches and pains, paint in the hair and eyes and other "crushing" of fingers, as well as many discussions and "headaches". For the very specific work, we had to surround ourselves with a superb team of craftsmen to finally succeed in offering you these atmospheres that resemble us. We have put our heart and soul into it to make you live the sweetest of moments. Claire and Yann.
