House of 35 square meters for two people, quietly located in a private property, fifteen kilomètres from the ocean and the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu. WE are a retired couple who would like to help you discover our beautiful région. Gîte located one kilometer from the very lively town centre of CHALLANS, with a food market three times a week, and many évents in july and August. You will easily visit thé Charming fishing port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie 15 km away, the typical marsland, the large beach of Saint Jean de Monts and that of the Sables d'Olonne, with its phishing port and its marina, departure of the Vendée Globe.
