Conveniently located between Marseille - Aix en Provence, with very easy access to expressways and the local railway station (Simiane). Perfect studio to relax. Easy and free parking. You can also enjoy the swimming pool in season & according to météo (from June to October). Only guests who booked are allowed (people from outside are not accepted, thanks for your understanding). The studio is 17m2, attached to the main property but with a full independent and discreet entry. It is equipped with a small kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom. Smart TV with international channels, lasts series and movies. A comfortable bed for two people for a great night's sleep. Baby bed and equipment available on request. Zero toilet paper WC = Japan WC with towels provided (commonly called washlets).
The hosts leave on the property. Please send us sms if any need/ issue or ring at the gate. If we are here, happy to help. The privacy of our guests is highly respected !
The neighbourhood is very very calm and green, surrounded by nature, trees and mountains. House located on the top of the hill with a nice view. The street is actually a dead end. The district has all necessary conveniences (store, pharmacy ... bus, close local train station - all reachable by walk). One of the biggest European shopping center is about 10 min by car. Marseille and Aix en provence are respectively 15 min away by car. Quick access to freeways, airport and train station AIX TGV (close).
