It is the responsibility of our tenants to take all necessary precautions when using

these facilities, particularly if they are staying with young children, whom they

must supervise.

Tenants acknowledge that they release the owner from all liability

in the event of an accident occurring to themselves, their family

or their guests. (In order to avoid any risk of accidents, we ask you to

pay particular attention to young children).

Tenants acknowledge that the alarm is in good working order when they take possession of the

accommodation and release the owner from all liability in the event of the alarm being

disabled. Any malfunction must be reported as soon as possible.

No compensation may be claimed by the person or persons making the reservation.

Ball games and other activities are permitted provided that the facilities in place are respected

(any damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the person responsible).

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 11.0 per person or bring their own.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
