Lymyilevi is a new, modern, spacious, and well-equipped 2-story villa in Levi near the West Point ski lift station. The slope is approximately 600 m away, and coming back, you can almost ski to the doorstep. The first floor features a spacious living room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Access to the rear terrace from the living room. The living room has a 75” Smart TV. The downstairs bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. The sauna has a Harvia heater, the bathroom has two showers and a toilet. The utility room provides access to the rear terrace and front yard, housing a washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. Additionally, there is a separate spacious toilet downstairs. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a separate toilet/shower. Each room has two separate beds and a 55” Smart TV. In addition to the bedrooms, the upstairs has a sitting area with a sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, and a door to the balcony. The entrance has ample space for outdoor clothing. The amenities also include a Playstation 5 with several games for adults and children. Additionally, there are various board games. To enhance your stay, you can rent a snowmobile in winter or paddleboards, electric-assist bicycles, or a jet ski in summer. Feel free to inquire about additional services!
