Lovely townhouse recently renewed, with a swimming pool, set in a very quiet and narrow street in the old town centre, in Pollensa, Mallorca. The comfortable living room is open to the beautiful dining room, which has a window open to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is on the right and is also open to the terrace, that features the large pool and a dining and living area. Upstairs there is a nice bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom and a smaller one to the right. There is another bedroom to the left, with two comfortable single beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, open to a sunny terrace with sun lounges and a small dining area. The whole property is very tastefully decorated. Perfect to enjoy a great holidays in Mallorca. It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
