Apartment very well located, in the historic center of the city, Close to typical bars and taverns of the municipality. close to the church of San Marcos and the Cathedral. It has good communication with the exit to the beaches of the province. For security reasons, cleaning products recommended by the MINISTRY OF HEALTH are used in our apartment.

Neighbourhood information

It is a stately house in the center of the city, modern and current decoration preserving the old structure of the building, with lots of lighting and a totally exterior floor. First floor without elevator with garage included and wifi, close to bars and restaurants. Ideal to be near the zambombas and enjoy the authentic typical Jerez Christmas atmosphere. It is a safe area
