Property information

Finding a private, independent villa with private pool for just a couple or a small family is not easy. But Villa Pedra ticks all the boxes! Villa Pedra is a sweet and welcoming cottage with private swimming pool, set in a rural location close to the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect to accommodate 2 to 3 guests. Carefully renovated and furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn as well as spacious terraces providing unique opportunities for outdoor living. A short driveway leads up to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful, antique, wooden doors, which in turn leads to the charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The wonderful adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and completely separate pantry (a washing machine is available in an outbuilding). Off the lounge, there is the appealingly designed and tiled bathroom (with walk-in shower). Just next to the bathroom is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. A staircase leads up from the lounge to a mezzanine floor, housing a single bed. Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.

In the event of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of £150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for all guests to register.
