Skol building is one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella. This building has a large garden area with sunbeds and three swimming pools. The building is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the promenade, where you will find most of the restaurants and shops in the area.

~ Restaurants and shops The restaurant Los Mellizos is a 1 minute walk from the flat, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella. Nearby you can also find Lekune Tapas Restaurant, a very well known tapas and pintxos restaurant in Marbella. This restaurant is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. On the beach you will find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious fish, seafood and paella. The Maskom or Supercor supermarket (400 m) is only a short distance walking from the apartment. The supermarket Mercadona is located 500 from the apartment. Cripan cafeteria/bakery is 5 minutes walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries. On the promenade you have many restaurants and cafes to have breakfast. ~ Activities From the apartment you can walk to the old town of Marbella and the Orange Square. In the narrow streets of the old town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes. The Harbour of Marbella is 5 minute walk from the flat.
