The apartment "Mas Tinus - Palmera" is one of the 4 apartments of the property "Masia Mas Tinus", it is located in Santa Cristina D'Aro and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This property, located on the 2nd floor, consists of a living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for 2 people), and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. The holiday home also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. Free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. No noise is permitted after 10 pm. Guests are kindly reminded to follow the rules for separate waste collection (more information is provided on site). Air conditioning is not available. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

The Via Verde, in front of the farmhouse, is an ideal starting point for walks and hikes. Beaches in the area include Sant Pol, Sa Conca, Sant Feliu de Guixols, Platja d'Aro, Rosamar, Cala Sr. Ramón, and Platja del Castell. The nearby golf course, the village of Romanyà de La Selva, and the coves "d'en Daina" are recommended.
