The house of 205m2 is in the beautiful town of Platja d'Aro next to the beach and shops, 15 minutes from Palamós and 30 minutes from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on two floors with a large private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. The community area consists of large gardens, swimming pool with slide for children, tennis court, picnic area and barbecue. The four bedrooms have three double beds and one single bed. There are three complete bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the documentation. Groups under 35 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
