This luxury apartment is located on the first floor of the popular Flamenca Village resort. It is located right in the heart of the tourist center of the Costa Blanca. You will find everything within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground car park.
The hosts are local and can tell you all about secret hotspots, restaurants and so on. They are very enthusiastic and make your stay very comfortable
Just 600 meters away you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is also just 700 meters away. There is an abundance of cozy restaurants & cafes in the immediate area. If you like a market, you can indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca, which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course, Villamartin Golf, is approximately 4 kilometers away.
