***WHY SHOULD I BOOK YOUR VILLA?*** Stressed back in Northern Europe? Want to escape winter? Summer holiday with your kids? Needs lots of space? You would never get a house this size in the resorts. If you did it would be super expensive. If you like to be close to the resorts but not in the middle of it this house is for you. *WHAT YOU GET- QUICK BENEFITS***5 bedrooms, Sleeps 10, 3 Living rooms, 100m2 sun terrace, 4 balconies, WiFi everywhere, year round heated pool, front and back garden areas with numerous seating/lounging areas. ***WHERE IS IT?***Set peaceful location with amazing panoramic views of the sea, El Tiede and Cabo Blanco. The most beautiful part of Southern Tenerife. Only 7 minutes to the beach at Los Cristianos, 12 minutes the beach Las Americas and 10 minutes to El Medano beach. ***WHAT IS INSIDE THE VILLA DOWNSTAIRS?***There are 3 separate living areas. A TV room with 50" TV with android apps for TV. A mega large kitchen dining room. A second living room with lots and lots of toys for kids.***SO WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THE TOP TERRACE?*** The large top chill-out terrace has a gazebo, sun loungers and the best view in the whole house in the day. At night it is amazing
I am Max, I live in Prague but whenever I can get a chance I am in the Canary Islands with my family. As soon as I came to these Islands I felt at home . Close to Europe but African weather. What is there not to love about Tenerife.
The peace and quite is great for relaxing but in less than 10 minutes you are in the resorts. The best of both worlds!
