The heating system is electric and fireplace-based, with customers responsible for purchasing the fireplace; the electric heating season runs from October 20 to April 10.

There is no heating at night; it is turned off from 00:00 to 06:30, and during the day it remains plugged in from 06:30 to 23:00, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

The fireplace can be used at any time and must be left clean upon departure; otherwise, a €30 cleaning fee will be charged.

If the oven is used, it must also be left clean; otherwise, an additional charge of €30 will apply.
