With a single-story design, the property features a private pool, barbecue, and garden, set in a picturesque setting. Outdoors, there is a private chlorine pool measuring 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The outdoor space also features a porch equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a terrace with sun loungers to soak up the Mediterranean sun. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours. Indoors, the living room is equipped with a TV and a selection of tourist books to help you plan your visits around the island. The kitchen-dining room, with gas stoves, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family or friends. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans.
