Cosy, well renovated apartment with outdoor pool, located in the centre of the Mediterranean resort of Calpe and only 100 metres from the Arenal beach. The apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners and all necessary appliances. It offers free high speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and parking in the communal car park of the building. The best restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Enjoy a stylish stay in the city centre Please leave the flat in good condition by washing dirty dishes and taking out the rubbish.There is an additional charge for late arrivals: Arrival between 12 pm - 6am - 30 euros For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered tourist accommodation For stays of more than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental according to Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (Regional Government of Valencia) and a seasonal rental agreement must be signed.
A small Spanish town called Calpe/Calp is located in Costa Blanca, next to the Ifach rock. It´s in about an hour drive from the Alicante airport and 1,5 hour from the Valencia´s one. Calpe is a modern Spanish resort that corresponds with the highest tourist demands. During the summertime you can watch or even take part in many parties, processions, theater representations and concerts, most of those are outdoor. The museums are open all year round for tourist visits and many concerts and performances are held. Town´s administration makes an effort to keep it interesting and entertaining for foreign visitors. Great ecology and clean beaches are valued by exigent European tourists who prefers renting apartments and villas here. The total length of Calpe sandy beaches is more than 4 km. These are cleaned with special cleaning machines every morning. The two main beaches are perpendicular to each other so you´ll be able to enjoy the day with any wind direction.
