Welcome to this cozy apartment building located just 250 metres from the beach of Canyamel, Capdepera. The one and two bedroom apartments are distributed along the three floors of the building, which has no elevator. All have a cozy terrace overlooking the residential area of Canyamel. In all you will also find a comfortable and practical space that unifies the kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you can relax watching TV-SAT or take a nap, accompanied by air conditioning (cold air only), after tasting a delicious delicacy prepared on the electric stove of the kitchen . The kitchen offers a basic equipment and there is no washing machine, ironing board or iron available. The bedrooms offer two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning (cold air only). The additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom in the apartments has a bathtub or a shower.

Neighbourhood information

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The golf course is about 7 km away. Finally we recommend you visit the Caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel.
