Property information

Sunny flat of 70 m2 with 3 bedrooms (two of them with TV), living-dining room with TV, terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom with 150 cm bed. Second bedroom with 150 cm bed. Third bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. Ideal for families, friends, with a maximum of 4 people. Excellent location with immediate access to the motorway, well communicated by metro and bus with BILBAO/BEC and nearby coastal areas (GETXO, SOPELANA, PLENTZIA. Leioa is a town with an excellent location for visiting different places in Bizkaia, as well as nearby provinces (Gipuzkoa, Alava, Navarre, Cantabria, Burgos...) and Loiu airport is 10 kms away. There is an Eroski city supermarket under the house, just outside the door. Eroski, Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi hypermarkets are 1 km away on the road to La Avanzada. A couple of kilometres away is the Artea shopping centre. There is a free parking area in the same street. The flat is located on the fifth floor of a 6-storey building and has a lift.
