This is incredible 3-bedroom apartment with luxury design interior in one of the most prestigious residential building in Calpe. This urbanisation has a huge territory, swimming pool with the children fence, padel court, commune outside kitchen, underground parking available only for it's residence. This building located in 5 minutes walk from the beach (Playa Arenal), 3 minutes from two supermarkets (Lidle and MyMercat), 7 minutes from the city center. Best place for your holidays in Calpe.
The neighbourhood is very quiet. Furthermore, the urbanisation has a public swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, padel court, children playground, relax zonas, underground parking is also available.
