Loft apartment with rooftop near Metro station

These stylish, modern loft apartments are situated in the centre of Valencia next to the Angel Guimera Metro Station. They offer free Wi-Fi and a spacious, private rooftop terrace. The open-plan studios at Alter VLC Center feature a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee maker. They also include a lounge area with a flat-screen TV. There is no reception desk within the apartment building, but guests can contact the Alter Vora Fira Hotel by telephone 24 hours-a-day. Alter Center lofts feature wooden floors throughout. Located in the street of Ángel Guimerá, the main avenue of the Extramurs district, it is an area full of atmosphere, with many shops, bars, restaurants, subway and especially in a short walking distance from the center.
