One-Bedroom Apartment has elegant and modern design with a touch of luxury to add a value to your stay in Tallinn. Property has a balcony with a view to the Rotermann square. Apartment is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, free WiFi, Smart-TV program and there is parquet floors with heating. Public parking is available nearby at an additional cost. Our apartment meet all the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Estonia on the rules of accommodation of tourists in apartments. Distinctive features - great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness and comfort, caring and responsible staff. Please note: we block a refundable damage deposit of 200 on your Credit Card 3 days before arrival. When booking for a month, as well as for the New Year, the deposit is 500. NB: we will not debit money from your account, they will be only blocked/frozen/ and will be unlocked after your check out once we verify that the apartment is undamaged and rental terms haven’t been violated.

Neighbourhood information

Rotermann Quarter, located in the heart of Tallinn between the Old Town, the port and Viru Square, sits in a historically area and is the official centre of Tallinn. Between modern and historic architecture, you will find the best restaurants and cafes in Tallinn, boutiques, beauty salons, office spaces. Just a walking distance away from the historical Old Town, main sights, shopping centers and port. Estonian National Opera and Alexela Concert Hall are just half kilometer away from the Rotermanni square. This Quarter is car-free. Families with children will find children play area outside in the Rotermanni square just next to the café and restaurant where you can have a cap of coffe or meal while your kids are playing under your eye supervision. A few minutes walk from the major shopping centre “Viru Centre”, new shopping center “Nautica” is nearby. Stops of any public transport are at few minutes walk on Viru Square.
