Casa Monkey is a family house which is located Estonian summer capital Pärnu. Located in a very quiet and safe residential area. Easy walking distance of the sandy beach and 10min driving distance from the center on Pärnu. Nearest grocery store is 200m and shopping center 2.5km. Guest with kids can visit Lottemaa theme park which is located 7,8km~10min by car. Also is possible to play golf, Pärnu Bay Golf is 4km. Garden of the property borders with the adjacent park where is possible to play ball and do other activities. This house offers great opportunities to relax with family or friends. In this house is been used high-quality materials also interior decoration, which is also suitable for more demanding tastes. All the usable surfaces in the house are located on one floor. In this house is 3 bedroom, living room with access to the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and sauna. Evening can be spent relaxing in sauna or grilling on the terrace. In sauna has a Saunum premium heater which gives a salt spa experience. From the kitchen and bathroom is possible to go on terrace.
Quiet and seaside residential area is located next to the Raeküla beach and Tahkuranna (Bay Golf) golf courses. You can drive to the heart of Pärnu and to the beach via a new light traffic road. Nearby forest trails offers sports or hiking opportunities. Lottemaa theme park which is located 7,8km ~10min by car.
