Right in the heart of Constance, in the pedestrian zone of the old town, this luminous flat welcomes you on the first floor of a small 14th-century town house (1380). The quiet street, yet within easy reach of the shopping streets, train station, LAGO shopping centre and several restaurants, takes you within just a few minutes on foot to Switzerland or the lake. Entirely renovated in 2024, the flat is accessible by a straight staircase. It offers a living room (street view) and a bedroom with 2 new Boxspring beds since January 2025 and an open balcony overlooking the gardens hidden behind the facades. A small kitchen and bathroom complete the accommodation. For your comfort, bed linen (duvet and pillow covers) and a bathroom set (bath sheet and towel) per person are provided. One (or more) additional toiletry set(s) can be provided on request at a cost of EUR 8 per set. Please note: the ceiling height in the bedroom and shower does not exceed 1.90/1.95 m! Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Guests with bicycles may let them in the courtyard.
