Property information

Superb villas just 100 meters from a private beach with private swimming pools and beautiful landscapes! There are four villas in the same neighbourhood one next to the other. They are located in one of the best locations of the Island. All four villas have the same measurements each is 120 sqm with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and beautiful gardens in 350 sqm plot. Ayia Thekla area and specifically Sotera GArdens is a very serene neighbourhood with beautiful energy in and out of the houses and just one minute walk from a private beach that is located in front of Sotera Gardens Complex . As it is about 8 kilometers from the centre of Ayia NApa if you a re a person that likes to be out every night is best to rent a car as it will be difficult to move around without a car. There are very nice beaches close by, Nissaki beach, Nissi Beach, Makronissos Beach, Landa Beach all less than 3 kilometers away. If you do not like to rent a car you may rent bicycles or bikes or 4 wheel bikes. You may rent them from Ayia Napa. You have very many restaurants located in surrounding villages of Liopetri, Sotera, Ayia NApa, Paralimni and beautiful Fish Tavernas at Liopetri River just 1 kilometer away. The biggest Waterpark of the Island is 2 kilometers away and so is the Luxurious and beautiful newly built Ayia Napa Marina. You will love the area if you are a person that likes to be close the beach and away from noise and people. If you want to be in the fun and crazyness of Ayia Napa then best to choose a place in Ayia Napa. There is a deposit fee payable prior arrival for damages and excessive electricity spending.
