“Good Supermarket 3 minutes walk, walk to the harbour area 12-15 minutes depending on speed you walk. Good facilities at the property for your cooking. Pool area clean and peaceful throughout the morning to evening.”

Brand new modern studio on the Universal Residences complex in Paphos. Modern buildings, with expansive windows, lifts to all floors and stunning pool and lawned area. This studio is on the second floor, offering a well appointed kitchenette with fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. The worktop area has breakfast stools. The studio hosts a large double bed, blackout curtains, dressing table and tv with international channels and free wifi. The studio offers free airconditioning. The balcony terrace is shaded and looks out over the pool area.
