You'll have your own private space complete with kitchenette where we provide a fridge with small freezer compartment, single electric hot plate, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee machine for your convenience. Enjoy stunning lake views from the apartment and our extensive gardens where you can see and hear all manner of sub-tropical birds and animals including toucans, parrots, coatimundis, sloths, hummingbirds, butterflies, squirrels, iguanas and much more. Take a short walk on our very own 'Toucan Trail' that runs along a small creek at the end of the garden. Enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces with amazing views of the lake, garden and local countryside. Whatever, we guarantee you'll be able to relax, chill-out and enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds of our piece of sub-tropical paradise. The property is located on a very large lot of over 7,000 sq m. Please note there is an additional 2 bedroom house also located on the lot with its own entrance, but away from the apartment. Both properties are completely separate and private with independent access and privacy is easily maintained. You may meet other guests, however, on the parking driveway. Please note that your reservation must be prepaid prior to arrival.

Chris and Maricela are delighted to welcome you to our own little piece of tropical paradise. Chris is English and Maricela is from Colombia. We love hosting and welcoming guests from all over the world to enjoy what we've lovingly created since moving to Costa Rica in October 2021.
