I am costarrican and my husband is from Pittsbugh we have been in Costa Rica since 1998 prior to living in the USA we love the beach, golf, dining and all of that is available in our property location.

Property information

this an ocean front property, first floor nice ocen view, just a few steps away from the beach, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed , 2 full baths,recently remodeled.

Neighbourhood information

Everything is walking distance close enough from down town and at the same time in a prime location where it is a quiet neighborhood and you can rest. We have a hotel next door where you have the acssess to the common areas if you stay in our condo
