New built houses are located in a peaceful Marino las Baulas national park in Langosta, Guanacaste, which is a prime holiday destination in Costa Rica.
It’s only a five minute walk to the beach with its white sand, crystal blue water and amazing sunsets! Playa Langosta - one of the top five star beaches according to Blue Flag in Costa Rica.
A 3 minute drive will take you down-town to Tamarindo – where there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and lots of surf shops.
In the national park you can enjoy walks in the mangrove forest where you will see lots of wild-life, animals and birds.
Or you can just sit by our swimming pool and chill – and don’t forget to put the BBQ on!
