It also features 2 spacious, well-lit bathrooms for your convenience. The terrace is the highlight of the house: a perfect spot to relax while taking in the breathtaking views of the natural reserve. It comes with a BBQ grill, jacuzzi, and cozy outdoor furniture to fully enjoy the scenery. Inside, you’ll find bright and spacious areas including a large sofa in the living room, a dining area ideal for gathering, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and stove to prepare your favorite meals. The property also offers private outdoor parking for your convenience.

This large and rural house is located about 15 minutes by car from the iconic Piedra del Peñol, the most visited and touristic place in town. In addition, about 5 minutes away is the Parque del Peñol and about 17 minutes from the main square of Guatapé, which is known for its colorful baseboards that adorn the houses of the town, there you will also find the Malecón where boats and other water activities are taken to enjoy the Guatapé reservoir.
