Villa Marenca is a beautiful summer residence located at the shore of Lago Maggiore, 15 walking minutes from the centre of Ascona. You will enjoy the private access to the lake as well as the many separate inside and outside areas where you can gather with your friends or be all by yourself.
The main house has two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The large library is attached to the main house. In the stone you will find a romantic room with balcony and toilet.
If you have problems and need assistance, you can contact Suzanne who lives 20 minutes away.
