This special residence is just a 5-minute walk from the mountain station of the Weissenberg-Matt aerial cableway, in the heart of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Sardona. Its location offers an almost car-free environment, accessible only with a special permit, and guarantees a magnificent view of the Fryberg, the first wildlife sanctuary in Europe, as well as the sports arena of Elm and partly the white arena of Laax. The holiday home features a cozy living space that combines a lounge and kitchen in 26 m², equipped with wood-fired central heating and a wood and electric cooking stove. For your sleeping comfort, there is an open bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a small sleeping loft under the roof with three mattresses. The bathroom is equipped with a sit-down/shower bathtub and a washing machine. Other furnishings include a pear wood table, a corner bench, a sofa, two armchairs, a radio with CD and Wi-Fi, but no TV. Outside, a garden seating area with a swing awaits you, ideal for relaxing moments in nature. The Weissenberge are car-free in winter, and the house is 440 meters from the mountain station of the aerial cableway, which operates at least once an hour between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm. In summer, you can reach the holiday home by car with a driving permit via the steep, gravelly, and narrow mountain road, which requires good and safe driving skills. Free parking is available at the valley station and, during the summer, 80 m from the house. The area also offers numerous sports opportunities such as mountaineering, golf, hunting, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling, sledding, as well as alpine skiing and cross-country skiing.
