This duplex apartment in Grimentz, ideally located just 3 minutes from the ski lifts, offers breathtaking mountain views. Underground parking is available and there is a bus stop opposite the building. It has 3 bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath), a lounge area with sofa bed, TV and wifi, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming duplex, with family or friends. Please note that renovations are currently underway in the building, until August. The balcony is not accessible during this time.

The property is located in an extremely quiet and secure area. There is a Coop shop just below the building, which is very convenient for your shopping. What's more, the ski lifts are just a 3-minute walk away, giving you easy access to the slopes. Take advantage of the convenience of public transport with the "Grimentz, Télécabine" bus stop just opposite the building where the accommodation is located. This makes it easy to get around the region without having to take your car.
