Waiver OR Deposit: Collected after booking confirmation. Options: non-refundable damage waiver (CAD107) or refundable security deposit (CAD300). ③. The Host reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately for violation of the agreement, with no refund. ④. You agree to ensure that both you & your guests abide by the rules. As the signer, you are taking full responsibility for any damages or violations of house rules that may occur. ⑤. Enso Connect: Platform for guest management & verification purposes. 2 days before arrival, you'll receive a link to access your Boarding Pass. ⑥. Free Banff Pass: Request before arrival. One-night stays are exempt from this offer. ⑦. Leave Banff Pass in the unit upon check-out. Charges of CAD150/Pass apply. ⑧. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 7 am. Keep noise below 70 decibels. A second warning equals eviction. ⑨. Noise/cigarette/cannabis detection: We receive alerts regarding noise (above 70 dB), cigarette/cannabis smoke, & equipment being unplugged/moved. ①⓪. Smoking, drug use, vaping, or e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the building, unit, & on the balcony, including any odors such as marijuana. CAD250 ①①. Ensure property is left in clean condition before checking out to prevent a CAD100 additional cleaning fee. ①②. No-pets policy. CAD150 ①③.
